Once you have ordered your Online Makeup Analysis you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a questionnaire (if you have not received this within 24hrs please email to notify us). Once you have submitted this questionnaire, your stylist will put together your online session and this will be emailed to you within the current turnaround time.
