Once you have ordered your Glasses Advice, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a questionnaire (if you have not received this within 24hrs please email to notify us). Please ensure you specify whether it is for glasses or sunglasses (if you would like both, please purchase twice but submit one questionnaire). Once you have submitted this questionnaire, your stylist will put together your online session and this will be emailed to you within the current turnaround time.
